Álex Portero asked me delicately one day if I would like to illustrate the cover of his book “La próxima tormenta” (which could be translated as “The forthcoming storm”), that was going to be published by Origami.

As many of you know, I hold a strong attraction towards certain kinds of suicide. This book is pure silver, the kind of silver that bites, the kind of silver that grows green again with the moons, the one that flows over the black cheeks of virgins, the one that makes you writhe lewdly over your bed and inside the unconquered blind tomb of the earth.
